Observations
- All prices are USD (Payment in pesos is according to the exchange rate of the day).
- Credit cards are accepted only by Paypal.
- Rates are per night for 2 people.
- Rates do not include taxes.
- Rates without food.
- Optional cleaning service with change of linen and towels, consult rate with the administrator.
- Rates quoted do NOT include gratuity for staff.
We believe that tips are earned and are solely at the discretion of each guest. - A security deposit is required when registering. $ 180 USD cash which will be refundable upon leaving.
- Cheking 3:00 PM and Checkout at noon Mexico’s Central Time.
- Deposits of canceled reservations are 100% refundable when notified 30 days before and 50% refundable when notified 15 days before.
House rules
- The facilities are for the exclusive use of the people who book.
(No guests, children or pets). - This is not a place for parties or smokers.
- Welcome teenagers and young people with good behavior.
- Out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that music does not exceed a moderate volume and ends before 11:00 PM.
- The pool schedule is from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- The air conditioning schedule is from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
